We can create comfort simply off what is available to us, wherever we may be. Our fruit comes from farms in the Hudson Valley. Our flour is grown and milled right here in New York. Our butter comes from grass-fed cows in the Catskills. We believe everything in out pies should be wholesome and delicious. The care and love of each ingredient that goes into our pies evoke from the same feelings when you have your first bite. Living in the beautiful Warwick Valley of New York, we did not have to travel far to source the best local ingredients for our pies, from local farms and from our own farm. Savory pies are notable, among them sausage-apple-cheddar, bacon-pear-blue cheese, and chicken pot pie. No doubt, Wisconsin is one of the nation’s premier pie states and among the foremost of its pie palaces is the Stockholm Pie Company, a corner store in a sweet little hamlet on the shore of Lake Pepin.
